-Taking care of complete Transactional Quality for the vertical

-Conduct quality audits on quality checks done by the QALs based on decided guidelines

-Has to work on accounts/ transactions allocated

-Error analysis; call barging, call quality

-Share process updates/changes

-Process refresher trainings

BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
