Job Description

 

We are Revana, a leader in outsourced sales and marketing solutions serving some of the world’s most prestigious brand names. Revana is currently seeking Customer Retention Specialist to join our growing programs in Tempe, Arizona.

The Customer Retention Specialist will be responsible in saving customer "at risk" of discontinuing service who may have already discontinued service. In this position, you will primarily be answering incoming calls and assessing customer needs while providing first call resolution to retain customers loyalty.

Job responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls from consumers or small to large business.
  • Contact and identify the reasons the customer has indicated they no longer desire or need the service.
  • Utilize all product knowledge and documentation to provide customers with product recommendations appropriate to solve their issue. 
  • Create new accounts for customers calling for the first time. 
  • Collect key information from customers that call in. Data entry will also be necessary to compile quotes, orders, and related reporting tools.
  • Attain minimal levels of sales revenue performance based on existing tenure-based goals.
  • Generate incremental revenue for client partners.
What do you need?

  • At least 6 months of sales experience or 1 year of customer service experience
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Retention or Collections experience preferred
  • Date entry skills
What makes you the best candidate?

  • College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Call center experience
  • Ability to field high stress calls while providing an exceptional customer service  experience
  • Knowledge of CRM or Salesforce tools preferred
