Job Description

 

Role & Responsibilities:-

  • We are looking for customer-centric executives who can :
  • Receive inbound calls and assist our customer in creating orders
  • Co-ordinate with our warehouse team in executing orders
  • Troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth operation
  • Respond to emails within designated SLAs
  • Work with the warehouse and order processing team to clear occasional operational bottlenecks.

Should have :-

  • Experience in sales or customer service
  • Excellent command of the English language in both written and oral forms.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to identify and meet customers’ needs and requirements.
  • Strong attention to details, possessing a sales aptitude and interested in preventing errors and solving problems.
