Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:- We are looking for customer-centric executives who can : Receive inbound calls and assist our customer in creating orders Co-ordinate with our warehouse team in executing orders Troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth operation Respond to emails within designated SLAs Work with the warehouse and order processing team to clear occasional operational bottlenecks. Should have :- Experience in sales or customer service Excellent command of the English language in both written and oral forms. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to identify and meet customers’ needs and requirements. Strong attention to details, possessing a sales aptitude and interested in preventing errors and solving problems.
