Job Description

Minimum 1 year experience in developing E-commerce websites/applications in Magento Qualification: BCA/ B.tech/ MCA/ Bsc Job Location - Cochin The Magento Developer will be part of a small but talented team of developers, who offer a friendly and collaborative working environment. You will have expert knowledge of Magento and will be tasked with creating new features and functionality in order to improve our clients website, and improving business processes through innovative use of technology. It is essential that the Magento Developer has a strong skill set in the following: - Magento development - Expert knowledge of Magento and a proven portfolio of websites they have worked on. - Sound Knowledge of how Magento works - Controllers, Layouts, Blocks, Themes - Developing Magento modules - Integration Magento to 3rd party applications - Experience in building web applications using LAMP architecture - PHP development including experience with Zend MVC framework - HTML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript - eCommerce background - Strong experience of PHP (OOP) and MySQL - Experience of API integration and design - Experience of server-side MVC frameworks
