Services include (not limited to):

• Grass Cuts/Snow Removal

• Lock Changes

• Winterizations

• Debris Removal/Trash Outs

• Construction Repairs

• Light Cleaning/Maid Service

Subcontractor - must have your own vehicle, computer, printer, & smart phone to take pictures. You also need your own tools: locks, lawn mower, generator, plow, and any other tools needed to completed work orders. Must be able to pass a background check & carry your own general liability insurance.
