Job Description


Company: A leading BPO/ITEs
Location: Chennai
Process: Quality/Process improvement
Experience: 8-17 yrs
Designation: Manager (Next level is GM and the position reports to Quality Head)
Shifts: UK

Closely work with transformational leader(s) and support creation of process improvement objectives for the process.
* Work closely with multiple and diverse stake holders to drive process changes in process value streams.
* Lead and support transformational projects towards efficiency / effectiveness & change management associated with the transformation.
* Support PEX function in planning and deployment of various frame works and PEX practices
* Act as mentor for GB and BB project certification
* Act as a on the floor coaching to PM"s and TL"s on the floor
* Act as a go to person to global process leads & leaders to support transformation initiatives.

Position Specifications:
* An experienced BB with typical 8 to 12 years of Industrial experience & 4 to 5 years of post BB certification
A graduate, preferably with strong understanding of how process excellence can be used to meet business needs
Strong change management and mentoring skills.
Proven strong communication skills. Ability to interact with various levels of organization & engage/Motivate the leaders towards process excellence mind set.
Experience in similar position in a BPO and or Manufacturing entity
Highly result oriented and able to work under pressure
High analytical /Problem solving skills.

Need to have:
Graduates /Post graduates who are BB certified with 3 to 7 years of post BB certification. Over all experience 8 to 15 years.
Ability to run large BB projects, Coach middle level managers and drive changes
Good communication, training and stake holder management skills.
Implementation experience in QMS standards like ISO, COPC
Implementation experience in lean, TQM, operational excellence etc.
Nice to have:
Engineering background with Manufacturing+ services experience
MBB certification.
