Join our team of professional Licensed Healthcare Agents to help represent this nationally-recognized, public health insurance client and provide superior customer experiences.

 

In this contract position, you’ll be assisting Medicare-eligible individuals in selecting the right products and services.  You will field questions, provide education and knowledge about coverages, annual changes and provide assistance with enrollment. You’ll meet individual sales quotas as you support this national company throughout the open enrollment season.

 

Once hired, you’ll have full training on the appropriate products or services.  As a TeleTech Licensed Healthcare Agent, you will receive the satisfaction with knowing that you provided superior customer service and supported those in need of the best healthcare coverage available to their families.

 

Responsibilities:   

• Educate customers

• Qualify customers for community meetings and in-home appointments

• Provide objective information pertaining to coverage, annual notice of change, pharmacy/network coverage, and drug formularies

• Provide assistance with enrollment

• $13/hr during production plus bonuses

Qualifications:

• Strong desire to “Help Seniors Live Healthier Lives”

• Superior customer service skills

• Minimum six (6) months proven consultative sales experience

• An education level of at least a high school diploma or GED   

• Authorization to work in the United States   

• Prior stable work experience

• Current Health Insurance License

What to expect once you apply:

 

After successfully completing the application, you will be invited to participate in an assessment test that will last about an hour and a half.
