Customer Service Representative III – Automotive Manufacturer

The Tier 3 associates will receive complex escalations that are not able to be handled at the other agent levels.  Cases will be collaboratively managed through to completion by partnering with multiple partners/departments.  Customers must be provided consistent and ongoing communication throughout case management process, both verbally and in writing. 
 
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

-      Receives complex requests and cases that need higher level support through inbound calls, inbound emails, and other back office channels.
-      Some examples of the type of interactions handled include:
All Complex Escalations
Vehicle service repair tracking and parts expediting
Ad Hoc Requests (IB & OB)
Outbound customer satisfaction survey support
At Risk Customer Management
Legal escalation support
Ad Hoc outbound projects
Social media escalation case handling
Web forum contacts

Skills

1 year or more of customer service
1 year or more post secondary education OR 2 years equivalent work experience
Recognition and problem resolution high level customer service issues
Excellent independent decision-making skills
Intermediate time management skills
Strong judgment skills to make sound business decisions
Strong writing skills (executive communications level)
Proactive & Creative problem solving skills
Strong sense of urgency and ability to partner with multiple departments
Professionalism to deal with executive cases and other high profile interactions
Automotive industry experience preferred OR completion of TeleTech’s AUTO101 course
