Inbound Sales Representative
 
TeleTech is currently looking for dedicated and energetic individuals to participate in our Healthcare Insurance Development Program and become successful Licensed Insurance Agents.  No previous insurance experience required.  Our Program enables you in just a few short weeks to be eligible for State Licensing in Health Insurance.
 
While participating in this program, TeleTech covers the costs of the prep training and the exam fees for pre-qualified applicants.  Upon successful completion of the State Exam and receipt of your State License, you will be considered for employment as a Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agent!  Once hired,you’ll have full training on the appropriate products or services.

Responsibilities
 
Assist individuals telephonically by using selling skills necessary to qualify candidates for the product and enrolling prospects in Insurance plans utilizing training materials and software applications as directed.
 
Promoting the financial security of Customers by facilitating the acquisition of Health Solutions.
Receiving inquiries or requests for advice or service from Customers through inbound phone calls. 
Learning the Customer’s needs,financial situation, and goals
Recognizing and acknowledging life events. 
Educating and making recommendation(s),where appropriate, which are appropriate for the Customer’s needs, financial situation, goals and life events and articulating the benefits of each recommendation
Motivating the Customer to take action on recommendation(s), where appropriate. Overcoming objections using basic sales techniques and developing persuasion skills and implements recommendation(s), where appropriate. 
When appropriate, educating Customer on how regulations may impact Health Solutions
·Ensuring adherence to company practices provided to the supplier and the Carriers and regulatory guidelines, including understanding of the rules applicable to the recommendation of health products. 
Supporting Health Solutions business goals through the achievement of the Service Level Objectives.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
6 months+ customer service experience;  sales experience preferred
Competency using Microsoft Windows
Exceptional Communication &Verbal skills
Ability and desire to excel in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to work a flexible schedule and support any hours of operations
Ability to remain focused and productive each day though tasks may be repetitive
Ability to not only understand complex Medicare programs, but to be able to explain/articulate these programs to Consumers in ways that are clear, correct and objective  
Ability to multi-task, this includes ability to understand multiple products and multiple levels of benefits within each product
 
If the employee currently has or previously had a Health & Life License, they may be asked to sign an attestation confirming their current or past involvement in any sales channels and that their license or appointment is or expired in good standing.
