Technical Support Representative

Position Summary
Provide technical support through effective troubleshooting and problem-solving. Proactively keeps up to date on new procedures. Transfer customers to other internal departments where appropriate. Identifies the need to escalate specific issues and follow through where necessary.
Duties & Responsibilities
Technical Support Representatives receive inbound calls and provide support for customers for present or future service appointments or repair transactions.
Support agents will routinely provide repair statuses, modify or cancel current appointments, and facilitate returns.
Support agents will also provide simple technical advice/support. 
Representatives will also handle technical sales calls as needed.

High School Diploma or equivalent
6 months+ work experience in customer service
Call Center experience preferred.
Strong time management skills
Trouble shooting skills
Ability to build rapport with customers
Flexibility in meeting changes in schedules and processes
Strong sales skills
Ability to work in shifts
Must possess the ability to handle difficult or irate customers
Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills
Reasoning skills
Exceptional soft skills
Ability to conduct themselves in a professional manner
Able to work with a wide variety of people in a positive and productive manner
