Position: Manager-Process Excellence Experience:- 8+ yrs and above Location:Chennai/Mumbai. Business Title : PEX Manager Department or Business Unit: Global Service Centre Supervisory Responsibilities: on Need basis Reports To (list day to day Manager) : Site PEX leader or PEX partner Key Responsibilities: Include how the colleague is going to be measured?(This section should include specific targets or defined measurements. For example, Reduce call hold time by 10%, Create 7 new client contacts,etc.) Closely work with transformational leader(s) and support creation of process improvement objectives for the process. Work closely with multiple and diverse stake holders to drive process changes in process value streams. Lead and support transformational projects towards efficiency / effectiveness
change management associated with the transformation. Support PEX function in planning and deployment of various frame works and PEX practices Act as mentor for GB and BB project certification
Act as a on the floor coaching to PM"s and TL"s on the floor Act as a go to person to global process leads leaders to support transformation initiatives. Position Specifications: The minimum education, experience, knowledge, skills abilities required to perform the position. For Example, Education and Experience (Education - College Degree? What should the highest level be completed or Experience - How many years of experience should the incumbent have overall and specifically in - the industry, function, technical area? ) An experienced BB with typical 8 to 12 years of Industrial experience 4 to 5 years of post BB certification * A graduate, preferably with strong understanding of how process excellence can be used to meet business needs Strong change management and mentoring skills. Proven strong communication skills. Ability to interact with various levels of organization engage/Motivate the leaders towards process excellence mind set. Experience in similar position in a BPO Highly result oriented and able to work under pressureHigh analytical /Problem solving skills. Technical Skills: List any specific computer equipment, programs or systems colleague would be responsible for operating. Black belt certification with proven experience in coaching managers and staff. Strong leadership skills Learning Description: The key skills and competencies the incumbent should learn in this position. Analytical Ability: The ability to systematically think through a problem.
