Job Description

 

We are a leading recruitment firm based out of Indore. We currently have an urgent requirement open for Quality - Manager with a leading MNC based at Chennai. Kindly refer to the role description below:

Job Summary:
Role: Manager - Quality (Business Excellence).
Qualification: Full time Graduate/ Post Graduate
Experience: 8+ years
Work Location: Chennai
Salary Offered: Negotiable (On competency basis)
Certification: Black Belt certified

Eligibility:
1. Candidate should be a fulltime graduate.
2. Gap in career and education for more than 2 years will not be considered.
3. Should have minimum 8 years experience in quality

Role purpose: Responsible for leading continual improvement initiative in various processes.

Area of responsibility:
iQMS deployment
-Ensuring that teh processes used are appropriately tailored from the iQMS
-Organising information collected from projects for use to improve the effectiveness of the iQMS
-Coordinating and tracking changes to the iQMS based ont the feedback received from different groups
-Acts as Quality Review for processes in Transition

Six Sigma/Process improvement
-Identify and prioritize based on client / process needs
-Develop project plan and ensure overall success in the project
-Ensure that the impacted teams are involved / informed, resolve project problems, conflicts and escalation.
-Providing guidance to ensure successful Green Belt project completion
-Imparting training to Team Leaders and associates on Green Belt / Problem Solving / Q tools / iQMS
-Creating Case-lets, sales collaterals and knowledge asset for projects completed
-Reviewing process improvement plans from other groups and coordinating necessary actions
-Enabling information sharing on process, tools and methods

Team Management
-Coordinating assement activities carried out at the centre in conjunction with Corporate Six Sigma
-Participating in the effort to define the training needs for process improvement
