Job Description

A profile: Candidate should have good exposure to Call center environment, - This is for those who are in Forecasting profile check the details mention below:

* Should have at-least 4-10 years of experience working in Call centers in WFM.
 * Hands on experience in Forecasting.
* Should be able to work on Long Range, Medium Range and Short Range Forecasting
 * Good knowledge of Aspect eWFM/FTE, and other workforce managing tools.
 * Desirable knowledge of statistical analysis tools such as SAS, Minitab, SPSS etc
 * Experience with Documentation tools e.g. Visio, Projects, Powepoint
* Good reasoning and analytical skills, communicaiton both verbal & written
 * Candidates willing to work in Night Shifts only need to apply
 * Candidates should have secured minimum 50% in their graduation, XIIth , Xth (All Full time) .
 * Candidates should not have any gaps in education .
B Profile: Business Intelligence/SAS.

Advanced MS Excel including VB/ Macro automation
 * Sound Knowledge of complete MS office pack including working on MS Access, Project, Visio, PowerPoint and Word
 * Proficient in applying statistical methodologies to analysis
 * Ability to present thoughts and projects clearly
 * Proactive in sharing analysis and recommendations to business leaders
 * Experience with Business Analysis & Statistical Techniques
 * Experience with Six Sigma Methodologies / Approaches
 * Experience with SQL and managing databases (SQL Server / Oracle / DB2)
 Desired Skills
* Candidate should have good exposure to call center environment
* Interpersonal and excellent communication skills
* Excellent client handling skills, with ability to take decisions independently
* Ability to work and communicate with people across organizational units
* Ability to think strategically and translate strategy into action plans
* Strong analytical skills with an ability to problem solve
* Drive data analytics from the client data dumps and use of simulation models
* Knowledge of Six Sigma tools preferred
