Essential responsibilities of the position
• Work with clients for Scoping and Opportunity Identification exercises to identify areas for transformation potential, enhance service delivery and outline areas of potential savings • Be the Lead respondent on RFP for offshore BPO solution. Create innovative, scalable, sustainable & profitable solutions for RFP response. This involves working with cross-functional teams such as Pricing, IT, Legal, Operational teams etc. • Work closely with customer & offshore teams (process transition, migration and delivery) in India and develop implementation strategies • Manage Client teams on their visit to the companys sites in India • Working with Transition & Operational teams to communicate Client expectations for service delivery post deal closure. • Compile RFI / RFP for all prospects and pass on information to Knowledge Repository as per the defined process • To be well acquainted with processes, operations, strategy & financials of the company. • Monitor market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information

Experience: • Solutions & Design Experience in BPO is mandatory • Minimum 8 - 10 years with 3 4 years in Solutions & Design • Broader experience across verticals (BFS, F&A, Travel, Retail, etc.) • Excellent communication skills required as there will be direct Client-facing • Should have experience in writing RFP / RFIs • Onsite client-facing experience in due diligence and consulting type assignments
Primary purpose of the position: • Facilitate and Enable BPO Designs for off-shoring across all business verticals • Review & recommend consolidation & outsourcing activities to clients to improve revenue • Enhance customer satisfaction, and/or reduce operating cost • Contributions in RFPs response to strengthen business proposition to help winning RFPs Specific Job skill: • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously • Commitment to quality, Comprehension, Composition and Problem solving skills • Excellent understanding of program management techniques for large and multiple projects Thorough understanding of Transitions, operations, customer centric, needs to have direct client interaction experience • Must have the experience in business strategy consulting, with business development experience or aptitude • In-depth understanding of the BPO industry. • Interpersonal sensitivity and responsiveness to customers • Preparedness to travel at short notice on domestic as well as international trips of various durations
