Job Description

Designation: Depends on Exp Location - Bangalore Exp - 4 to 15 Years CTC - Depends on Exp  Description  Desired Candidate Profile * Candidate should have good exposure to Call center environment,  * Should have at-least 4-15years of experience working in Call centers in WFM.  * Should be able to work on Long Range, Medium Range and Short Range Forecasting * Good knowledge of Aspect eWFM, and other workforce managing tools. * Desirable knowledge of statistical analysis tools such as SAS, Minitab, SPSS etc * Experience with Documentation tools e.g. Visio, Projects, Powepoint  * Good reasoning and analytical skills, communicaiton both verbal & written * Candidates willing to work in Night Shifts only need to apply * Candidates should have secured minimum 50% in their graduation, XIIth , Xth (All Full time) . * Candidates should not have any gaps in education This is for Night Shift Position, Only send your resume if you are interested for night shift positions.
