About the Position
In this role you are contacting residential contractors to enroll them in our month-to-month lead generation service. This is an outbound, cold calling, sales position, in which the Acount Executive is responsible for sourcing their own leads. You are required to attain targeted sales quotas and providing an excellent customer experience.
Job Responsibilities
Complete in - house sales training program
Learn all sales techniques including but not limited to scripts, overcoming objections, rebuttals, and how to effectively build rapport with customers
Maintain working knowledge of and adhere to all Sales, Customer Service, and Quality Assurance policies and procedures
Responsible for full comprehension of all products and policies before they are presented to the customer
Responsible for driving growth by meeting and exceeding sales goals and objectives
Provide exceptional service and customer experience to all prospective customers; ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention
Represent company and business partners in a professional and courteous manner
Continuing education/ training for current and future campaigns
Job Requirements
Previous or current work experience in a call center /telemarketing environment
Effective results with telephone selling and customer service
Knowledge of sales strategies including cross-selling and up-selling is a plus
Experience in meeting/exceeding performance driven goals and objectives; you are required to meet and/or exceeding performance goal and objectives
At least 1 year experience in Sales and/or Customer Service
At least 1 year experience in Call Center environment
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate clearly through email and phone
Ability to grasp new concepts
Proven success working in a fast-paced environment
Results-oriented with a strong drive for exceeding goals
