Assist development esting teams in the design of new BI solutions.  Work with product owner and business users to understand and translate user stories and/or requirements into data models, analytics reports and scenario models. 

 Involved in data roadmap, current / target state for enterprise data 

 Strong SQL skills and experience with performance tuning are required 

 Excellent knowledge of ORACLE, DB2 or SQL Server for performing data analysis 

 Perform Business and Data Analysis  - define data requirements and develop data mapping specifications. 

 Develop requirements documentation in line with Organization standards and framework including Data Requirements, Mapping and Test Plans. 

 Understand IT processes and work within designated guidelines 

 Provide best practices and application knowledge mentorship 

 Define governance and best practices around meta-data to ensure an integrated definition of data for enterprise information, and to ensure the accuracy, validity, reusability, and consistent definitions for common reference data. 

 Support data related inquiries and questions in development and production 

 Background in analysis and documentation of personal Insurance domain data
