Qualification and experience required: 

1) Graduate in any stream 

2) Excellent Knowledge of ISO 9001: 2008 standard is desirable 

3) Min. 8 years of experience at organizational level having employee strength over 100+ and multiple offices 

4) Excellent communication and presentation skills 

5) Willing to travel across all locations for various audit purposes 

6) Good documentation and analytical skills. Should have gone through at least one iteration of QMS lifecycle from Gap Analysis, Documentation, Internal Audit, MRM & External Audit. 

7) Experience of ISMS 27001 would be added advantage. 

Job responsibilities: 

1. Conduct ISO Awareness programme for new joinees and as per requirement of the organization 

2. Provide internal communication regarding compliance issues and applicable rules, regulation, process changes 

3. Aid in the creation of gap analysis to any new/changed process, regulations 

4. Handling team of audit executives. 

5. Responsible for execution of internal on-site audits at centers across India 

6. Responsible for liasoning and ensuring smooth external audit in co-ordination with HO team 

7. Plan audit, execute and prepare audit report 

8. Formally document findings 

9. Work with the auditee to resolve NC/compliance issues, provide recommendation, communication on status of action resolution and bringing to management notice issues that require attention and tracking corrective actions. 

10. Perform necessary follow-up which include communicating with auditee (s) on status of action resolution. 

11. Completion and reporting of data in the prescribed format on daily basis 

12. Taking initiative / escalation to suggest new innovative ideas / processes
