Follow up with the candidate until he/she onboard the organization. Experience in Head Hunting would be an added advantage. Comfortable in using Job Portals/Social Networking sites like LinkedIn etc. Experience in recruiting Mid/Sr/Executive level profiles. Experience in handling clients. Experience in managing a small team. Desired Profile: Any graduate  Experience level 1 - 4 yrs. Candidates should have experience in any of the Non IT Domains preferably Engineering/FMCG/Automobile/Manufacturing etc. Skills Required: Good Command over communication i.e. written and verbal in English, with fluency and confidence.  Aggressiveness and extrovert  Quick adaptability and learning capability in terms of Market and Technology.
