Job Description

 

We are urgently looking for a Sr. Manager- HR, having minimum 8 yrs of experience with excellent communication skills for one of the leading Architectural & Interior Designer Company. 

Reporting to- Director 

Level of Education- MBA in HR from reputed institution. 

CTC- Upto 11 Lacs 

ROLE OBJECTIVE- 

To lead the HR function, assist in organizational planning and development, help identify, train and retain talent, monitor the performance appraisal management, work environment, employee satisfaction, and implement policies and practices in order to ensure that the objectives of DSP are being met. 
DETAILED DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- 

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY- 

1. Formulate and ensure the implementation of the HR Strategies, Policies and Processes 
Develop and implement HR strategies as per those set at corporate level. 
Monitor, measure and report on HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales 
Liaise with functional/departmental managers so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purposes and achievements 
Contribute to the evaluation, development and execution of HR strategy and performance. 
Develop / Assist in the development of the company policies and procedures. 

2. Ensure the recruitment of staff at all levels as per requirements 
Understand necessary requirements across all departments 
Discuss requirements with the respective department heads to fill vacancies 
Conduct interviews along with the respective departmental heads and select appropriate Personnel 
Develop and manage employee orientation programs 

3. Identify the training needs of the staff based on the skill gap analysis 
Keep abreast on the training trends across the industry 
Analyze training needs to design employee development and health and safety programs 
Evaluate external/ internal faculty for conducting training program 
Develop, manage and conduct / facilitate training programs 
Introduce and implement latest training practices 
Measure effectiveness of the training programs and taking actions according to the feedback 

4. Measure employee performance and provide feedback 
Conduct performance appraisal 
Ensure proper documentation of appraisals 
Provide guidance by sharing and explaining the Performance Management Policy & Process during evaluations 
Ensure communication of feedback to juniors on an ongoing basis regarding outstanding performance and non-performance issues 
Manage reward and recognition schemes 
Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee separation 

5. MIS and Database Management 
Develop reports as required by the Management 
Capture & track all relevant data with respect to prospective and onboard employees 
Maintain the data and retain it in pre-decided formats to minimize errors 
Audit the data periodically for data integrity 
Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel related data
